The Photographer

I’m Andrew Benak, a 36-year-old Air Force member stationed at Hickam AFB in Hawaii. Initially, I found inspiration in the natural world there. Growing up in Wisconsin, my love for photography began with snapping fish photos. Later, it evolved into landscape photography, where I chase nature’s raw beauty through hiking. Through Andrew Benak Photography, I share that awe—cascading waterfalls, rugged mountains, or starry skies. As an Air Force member, I’ve learned perseverance and fearlessness, qualities that drive my work. Meanwhile, I focus on capturing moments that stir deep emotions. Thus, my images aim to motivate you to break free. Ultimately, I hope to inspire a sense of wonder in every viewer.
